Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Xanocom (for Rovelia.io), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 899 485 726, with its registered office at 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris, France (here in after the “Publisher”), and any individual of legal age, subscribing to the private community service offered by Xanocom (here in after the “Client”).
By purchasing a subscription, the Client fully accepts theseTerms, which prevail over any other document.
2. Service Description
The Service provides access to a private community focused on literary and cultural discussions, hosted on the Discord platform.
Access is strictly personal, non-transferable, and reserved for the Client.
3. Pricing
Subscription fees are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Under the French micro-enterprise regime, VAT does not apply (Article 293B of the French General Tax Code).
The applicable fee is the one shown at the time of subscription. The Publisher reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, without retroactive effect on current subscriptions.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon subscription and is processed exclusively by credit card via the secure Stripe platform.
Any failed or rejected payment will result in immediate suspension of access to the Service.
5. Access to the Service
Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
The Client will receive an email with the necessary information to join the private Discord community.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with French consumer law (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:
services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, or digital content made available immediately after purchase, where the consumer has expressly waived this right. By confirming payment, the Client acknowledges that: access to the Service is immediate, and
they expressly waive their right of withdrawal.
7. Subscription Term and Cancellation
Subscriptions run for the duration selected by the Client(monthly, yearly, or any other option provided).
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time, at least 48 hours before the renewal date, through an online cancellation feature clearly identified as “Cancel my subscription”, in accordance with French law(effective June 1, 2023).
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. A confirmation email will be sent to the Client specifying the effective termination date.
8. Community Code of Conduct
Access to the community requires compliance with the following rules: no hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, sexist, racist, or unlawful remarks; no harassment, spam, incitement to violence, or disruptive behavior; respect towards other members and the purpose of the Service.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without refund.
9. Liability
The Publisher makes reasonable efforts to maintain accessibility to the Service.
However, the Publisher shall not be held liable for: interruptions caused by third-party platforms (including the Discord community), technical failures beyond its control, or cases of force majeure.
Liability is strictly limited to proven, direct damages incurred by the Client, excluding any indirect, consequential, or in tangible damages.
10. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the Client must first contact the Publisher through the contact form.
If no amicable agreement is reached, the Client may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) free of charge:

If no solution is found, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
